EGInA Srl (European Grants International Academy) is a private training agency and consultancy body operating in the field of EU projects and grants. The company has been founded by a team of project managers with long-term experience in the preparation, submission and implementation of project proposals, as well as in the coordination of international partnerships and the administrative and financial management of actions at local, national and EU level.
EGInA Srl is located in Foligno, in the Umbria Region (1h30 far from Rome by train), and it operates within a wide and consolidated network of public and private bodies, providing high-quality services and consultancy in different fields.
LIFELONG LEARNING AND HIGHER EDUCATION
We are accredited at the Umbria Region as a training agency for the implementation of training activities funded by the European Social Fund. Being an accredited training agency for the release of professional qualifications and the certificates of permanent and continuous training, we have been cooperating for many years with the four major Trade.

RESEARCH & INNOVATION
Our research team is composed of lecturers and researchers from the National Research Council (CNR), industrial engineers, experts in social sciences and from the educational sector. We constantly try to design and realize innovative solutions and services for different target groups, taking advantage of a proven network of international relations and partnerships.
EU/INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS
The key staff of EGInA Srl is experienced in the management of EU funded projects within the framework of different EU financing programmes. During the years we have been involved in the implementation, both as coordinators or partners, of a consistent number of multilateral projects.
TRANSNATIONAL MOBILITY
EGInA Srl acts also as a sending, hosting, and intermediating organisation in the field of transnational mobility. Based on our logistic and organisational competencies and facilities, we always analyse and interpret the educational and professional needs and resources of the territory to offer the best international experience both to outgoing and incoming learners.
Creators
Giulia Tozzi
Giulia Tozzi, born in the ’90s. Having always been passionate about learning foreign languages, she graduated in Languages and Language Mediation in Perugia, specialising in German and English. During her studies, she had the opportunity to complete a semester of study at the University of Vienna thanks to the ERASMUS project. Giulia met EGInA when she was invited to participate in a leadership project in the Czech Republic. After 10 years in the UK, she now works at EGInA as Project Manager on the Happy School project.
Cristiano Longobardo
Born back in 1971 in Sicily (Italy), he divides his life between graphic/web design and his passion for music.
After many years spent among advertising agencies, in the year 2000 he moved to Umbria (center Italy) where he decided to start his own business as a freelance graphic and web designer.
He has been part of the EGInA team since 2020, and for some time now has found it very fulfilling to work as a trainer, and participates in several Social Hackathons as a team manager.
His favorite phrase is: “A designer knows he has achieved perfection not when there is nothing left to add, but when there is nothing left to take away!” (Antoine de Saint-Exupéry)
Was born in Perugia in 1993. After a degree in Economics and Management at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Perugia, she specializes in European Planning for the cultural and creative sector through the Master’s degree sponsored by the Faculty of Political Science of the same University. During her education she participates in mobility for the purpose of study in Poland and Cyprus. She starts her professional career in Florence, where she works for a public foundation dealing with territorial promotion and tourism; continues in Brussels where she collaborates with a European communication and design agency and continues at European Grants International Academy Srl in Foligno as Project Manager in the educational and cultural sector. She currently manages and coordinates projects of different nature and size, through which she collaborates with schools, universities, associations, public bodies and organizations from all over Europe.
